It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering with bt111. bt111 makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction outside of those territories where the Platform holds applicable licensing.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the bt111 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. bt111 employs automated and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bt111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without notice.
When registering a bt111 Account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must notify bt111 promptly if any registered information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt111 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bt111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bt111 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
bt111 operates strict KYC procedures in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. bt111 may request verification documents at any stage of the membership, including at the point of registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time a Member's account activity triggers a review. Requested documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
bt111 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited) internet banking, UBL (United Bank Limited) internet banking, Meezan Bank online transfer, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. bt111 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at its sole discretion with or without advance notice to Members.
The minimum deposit amount on the bt111 Platform is PKR 500 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used. bt111 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bt111 Account holder.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Member's PKR wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are credited within two to six hours of payment confirmation, subject to bank processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations as specified at the time of deposit.
All transactions on the bt111 Platform for Pakistani members are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. bt111 shall not be liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and the time of credit to the Member's wallet.
Members may request withdrawal of their available cash balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements) at any time subject to the conditions set out in this Section.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
bt111 requires that a minimum of one (1) qualifying deposit has been made on the account before any withdrawal may be processed. Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending the submission and review of satisfactory identity documents. bt111 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
bt111 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, tournament prizes, or other incentives to Members from time to time. The availability, structure, and terms of any promotion are determined exclusively by bt111 and are subject to change without prior notice.
bt111 employs algorithmic and manual review to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between Members during promotional competitions. Where bonus abuse is identified, bt111 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, close the Member's Account, and forfeit the entire account balance without prior notice.
All bets placed on the bt111 Platform are governed by the specific market rules applicable to the sport or event in question, as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding market rules, bt111's interpretation shall be final and binding.
bt111 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet placed by any Member at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that bt111, in its sole determination, considers to undermine the integrity of the Platform.
In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect event descriptions, or software malfunctions — bt111 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake amount to the Member's Account. bt111 shall not be liable for losses arising from bets placed based on manifestly erroneous odds or market conditions, regardless of whether the Member was aware of the error at the time of placement.
All cricket betting markets, including PSL, Test match, T20 International, and bilateral series markets, are settled in accordance with the official results confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). bt111's PSL betting markets are subject to additional specific market rules published in the cricket betting section of the Platform. In-play bets on cricket matches are accepted in real time and may be suspended at bt111's discretion during significant match events.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt111 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

All Members may access self-imposed limit tools directly from their bt111 Account dashboard at any time. Available limit types include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time limits; single bet stake limits; and loss limits across specified time periods. All limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours.
Members who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the bt111 Platform may request self-exclusion via the Account Settings panel or by contacting bt111 customer support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed and applies to all product categories across the Platform, including sportsbook, casino, slots, and arcade games. bt111 shall not reverse a self-exclusion request during the specified exclusion period.
All content on the bt111 Platform, including but not limited to the bt111 brand name, logo, website design, software, databases, text, images, graphics, video content, audio content, betting markets, odds data, and game assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of bt111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bt111 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software element of the bt111 Platform without the prior written consent of bt111.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt111 shall not be liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Member's use of or inability to use the bt111 Platform, including but not limited to:
bt111's total aggregate liability to any single Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their bt111 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt111 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are required to first contact bt111 customer support in good faith to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. bt111 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Any dispute relating to the settlement of a specific bet or casino game outcome must be raised with bt111 customer support within 30 calendar days of the date on which the disputed event was settled. Claims raised outside this time window may not be considered by bt111. bt111's decision regarding the settlement of any disputed bet, following internal review, shall be final and binding.
bt111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material amendment is made — that is, an amendment that materially affects the rights or obligations of existing Members — bt111 will provide notice of the change via email to the registered address on the Member's Account and/or via a prominent notice on the bt111 Platform, with a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice before the amended terms take effect.
For minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with regulatory obligations, bt111 may implement changes without advance notice. The effective date of the current version of these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this document and in the header of this section.
Continued use of the bt111 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If a Member does not agree to any amendment, they must close their Account before the amendment takes effect.
